AetherXeno is not a 17 million prediction dump. Every predicted effect is anchored in primary human hepatocyte ChIP-seq, and this page shows how those predictions stand up against independent data the model never saw. Two tabs are orthogonal validations: variants the model scores highly are enriched for being GTEx liver eQTLs and for overlapping a known transcription-factor motif. Two are clinical and phenotype cross-links: ClinVar and the GWAS Catalog, mirrored next to each predicted effect. Switch sources below.

Orthogonal validation. An independent functional readout the model never saw. These atlas variants are also GTEx liver eQTLs, meaning they are associated with a change in a gene's expression in liver. Browse them with their predicted receptor effects.
